Within the scope of General Contracting we perform all design, construction and installation works which enhances our complete control over the realisation of an investment and smooth transitions between individual stages of construction works.

• Before commencing works we always conduct a detailed analysis of the project in terms of its optimisation in order to minimise investment layout and simultaneously maintain high quality level.
• When works are in progress we monitor the situation in the construction site and, if such need arises, we update our schedule of works to meet the final deadlines.
• We cooperate solely with trustworthy, reliable subcontractors and suppliers.
• Each investment is ready for final inspection within the agreed term and in compliance with the Investors’ expectations.
